    Strange one here, can anyone confirm?

    In Opera 10.63 on a Mac at least the horizontal navigation menu bar comes up vertical... until you refresh the page, then it's horizonal. If you click away, then navigate back with the menu, it appears vertical again, until you refresh.

    exception is the forum page. There that menu appears vertical and refreshing doesn't alter it.

    Yes, I see that all the time because I use Opera too. If you minify CSS, on the Admin Performance page, it should fix it. Opera doesn't seem to get all the CSS files unless they're minified.
